If you've worked out everyday, without a rest day, you might be over training. A symptom includes "decrease in capacity/ intensity during your workouts."

Yeah, a few people have pointed that out, but I hate rest days. Unless I get active somehow, be it a long walk, a short run, half an hour biking- I just feel restless.
